- Shipping Policy
Xtreme Sports uses UPS, FedEx Ground, United States Postal Service and Freight Truck (LTL) to ship your orders. If your order contains multiple items they may ship at different times and different carriers. Xtreme Sports makes every effort to process orders within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Please check the product’s description for how long it will take your product(s) to ship as most of our products are custom made at the time of ordering and ship from the manufacturer you will be notified with an estimated shipping date of when the item(s) will ship. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) are generally processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier is being used to ship your products.
Orders shipped via Freight Truck (LTL) are subject to additional charges per overweight item as shown on the applicable product page. Customers are responsible for all lift-gate charges when shipped by truck. If you need assistance in getting your item into the house you can make arrangements with the carrier when they call to schedule a time to deliver your merchandise and will need to be paid directly to the shipping carrier.

- Girth over 130 inches. Girth = (width + height) x 2 + length
Example: An item is 15L x 10W x 5H
(10 + 5) * 2 + 15 = 45 Girth
THINGS TO KNOW:
- All shipping charges are what we pay to the shipping company, There are no additional fee's unless shipped to HI,PR or AK
- Exceptions: These rates apply only to locations in the contiguous United States.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico are not eligible - rates for these respective locations will be listed on the “Order Summary” during checkout.
- These Rates are subject to change without notice.
- At this time we do not offer Express Shipping as most of our items are custom made at time of ordering and cannot be rushed. See product description for shipping time frame.
- Gift Cards are not subject to sales tax or standard delivery charges. Gift Cards that are purchased will be Email within 24-48 hrs. from time of purchase.
- Xtreme Sports cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses due to postal regulations.
- Xtreme Sports cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.
- At this time we do not ship Internationally.
If you do not have the equipment to offload certain overweight items from the delivery truck, a truck with a lift gate must be assigned for delivery of your order and additional charges will apply and need to be paid directly to the shipping company. The lift-gate charge covers the cost of this special delivery. A freight company usually contacts you within 24-48 hours prior to delivery to make lift-gate arrangements. Please assure your order has a valid daytime phone number, or voicemail box set-up. If an order has one or more items on backorder, Xtreme Sports will charge the entire order total including the shipping cost for the item(s) on backorder. When a backordered item ships, your items will be shipped and you will not be billed for those items. The item(s) will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives the new shipment.
If using a debit card, we recommend that you deduct the full amount of your order from your records today to ensure funds are available when your item becomes available.
If the backordered item you selected is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, the item will be cancelled from your order and you will be refunded the total of discontinued item. If your item was discontinued, there may be a comparable item or upgraded version available. Please search our website or contact Customer Service for assistance at 717-387-5058, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST), Closed Saturday & Sundays.
Delivery times vary per product (see below for expected delivery time and product description), and are not guaranteed. If payment authorization is delayed, in order to confirm payment or prevent fraud, Xtreme Sports reserves the right to delay shipments. Every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time. Most non-overweight orders will arrive within the below time periods after they leave our warehouses. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day:
- All License Plate Frames / Inlaid, Hitch Covers, Seat Covers, Steering Wheel Covers, Emblems, Headrest Covers, Bedding & Dog Apparel: Ships within 3-5 Business Days.
- All Car Floor Mats, Rugs (Large or Small), Doormats, Cargo Mats all have a lead time of 7-10 Business Days before Shipped.
- Team Carpet Tiles have a lead time of 4 weeks.
- Pool Tables, Leather Sofa, Microfiber Sofa, All Recliners & Twin Headboards: Are custom made at time of ordering and have a lead time of 4-6 weeks before shipped.
- All Lighting, Billiard Accessories, Bar Stools & Tables, Director Chairs, Coffee & Side Tables, Mantels and Wall Art: All have a lead time of 5-10 Business Days before shipped.
THINGS TO KNOW:
- Xtreme Sports cannot ship to P.O. Box address if shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
- Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and rural areas will take longer.

Please be advised that the cutoff dates are just estimates we cannot guarantee that the items being shipped will encounter delays in shipping due to bad weather conditions.

- We experience our highest volumes of orders at the end of the calendar year and regularly operate at maximum production capacity. Lead times during this period may exceed our normal lead times.
- The above order cutoff dates are provided as a guideline only and are not a guarantee that orders will arrive by the indicated holiday. We encourage customers to place their holiday orders as soon as possible to allow for delays due to high production volumes, supplier shortages and/or shipping delays caused by bad weather.
- Orders must be received by 2:00pm (EST) on the indicated cut-off days. We are unable to allow any changes or modifications to orders once they have been entered without resetting the order date, which may cause the order to miss the cutoff date.
- Cancellation of holiday orders is allowed within 24 hours of receipt of the order, provided the order has not yet shipped. All cancellations must be submitted via email with “Cancellation” written in the subject of the email.
